1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Invoro uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform. We are committed to transparency about how we use cookies and protecting your privacy.

At Invoro, we use a minimal number of cookies - only essential and functional cookies; no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They help websites:

  • Remember your preferences and settings
  • Keep you logged in to your account
  • Protect your security
  • Make the website work properly

Cookies can be "session cookies" (which are deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (which remain on your device for a set period).

3. Cookies We Use

Invoro uses only essential and functional cookies; no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Essential Cookies (Strictly Necessary)

These cookies are required for the basic operation of our service and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality:

Cookie PurposeWhy We Need ItDuration
Session ManagementKeeps you logged in to your account and maintains your sessionSession
CSRF ProtectionProtects against cross-site request forgery attacks to keep your account secureSession
Load BalancingRoutes your requests to the correct server for optimal performanceSession

Functional Cookies

These cookies support a specific feature you have asked for. They are not used for tracking:

CookieDomainTypeDuration
partner_refapp.invoro.euFirst party7 days

Set only when you start registration after arriving through a partner's referral link. Stores the partner's identifier so that your account can be attributed to that partner. Deleted as soon as your company is created. Never set on our public website, not used for tracking, not shared with third parties.

Privacy-Friendly Approach

We do NOT use:

  • Analytics or tracking cookies
  • Advertising or marketing cookies
  • Third-party cookies
  • Social media cookies
  • Profiling or targeting cookies

4. Analytics Without Cookies

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics solution that:

  • Does not use cookies
  • Does not collect personal data
  • Does not track you across websites
  • Anonymizes all visitor data
  • Stores all data in the EU
  • Complies fully with GDPR without requiring cookie consent

This means we can understand how our website is used without compromising your privacy or using tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Cookies

We use minimal third-party services that may set cookies for essential functionality:

  • Bot protection (Cap): Our registration form uses Cap, a self-hosted proof-of-work CAPTCHA. It runs on our own infrastructure and does not set third-party, tracking, or advertising cookies.
  • Cal.eu (booking calendar): Our "book a call" pages and buttons load a scheduling calendar from Cal.eu, the EU-hosted instance of Cal.com. The calendar is only loaded once you open a booking page or click a booking button, and any cookies it sets are set on the Cal.eu domain, not on the Invoro domain. They are governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.
  • Mollie: When you use our payment processing, you may be temporarily redirected to their secure payment page. Mollie may set their own cookies during the payment process, which are governed by their privacy policy. These cookies are not set on the Invoro domain.

6. Managing and Controlling Cookies

Since we only use essential and functional cookies, and no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, there is no cookie consent banner or opt-in required under GDPR.

Browser Settings

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. However, please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using our platform, as they are required for:

  • Logging into your account
  • Maintaining your session
  • Protecting your security
